plainmodelhubum provides restaurant financial management tools, guidance, and related services to help restaurant owners and operators improve their financial performance. Our services include but are not limited to financial analytics, cost control tools, inventory management systems, labour cost optimisation, strategic planning, and compliance support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to existing clients. New features or tools may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Payment is due in advance for the selected service period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if payment becomes overdue. You are responsible for providing current and accurate payment information and promptly updating your payment details if they change.
Refunds, if applicable, will be provided in accordance with our refund policy as communicated at the time of purchase or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, plainmodelhubum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
